ABOUT THE TEAM 
The position as Senior Manager Treasury will build out the skill set of the Unzer Treasury to fully support the growth of the business. Reporting to the Head of Treasury Governance and Analytics, you will be integral to the group cash management, bank account administration and treasury systems management. 

What Your Work Will Look Like:

• Support group-wide liquidity management by preparing cash forecasts and coordinating payments.
• Engage in admin related tasks with core banking partners EBICS onboarding & user rights.
• Engage in business partnering for group-wide initiatives.
• Execute improvement initiatives to enhance automation and simplify processes.  

What You Need To Be Successful In This Role:

• Passion for Treasury and the Fintech payment industry with 3-5 years of Treasury experience.
• Experience implementing and owning a Treasury Management System (TMS). 
• Natural curiosity and desire to understand the TMS and consider how this tool can be used to solve problems cross-funcitionally.
• Analytical mindset with an ability to understand the Treasury landscape and develop reporting to support decision making.
• Data driven approach to the Cash Management and problem solving. 
• Knowledge of payment formats (e.g. camt.052, camt.053), types (credit transfers, direct debit), and different order types to coordinate the business requests with our banks.
• Understanding of Treasury concepts and their business implications.
• Comfortable working in a dispersed team, asking questions and self-motivated to reach out for support as needed.
• Knowledgeable about technologies that facilitate disbursed teams such as MS Teams, SharePoint and Work planning tool.
• Excellent communication skills; German is a must as well as fluency in English.
• Self-starter with a commitment to responsibility and results.
• Ability to distil complex topics into key insights.
• Skill in balancing local and group demands while delivering high-quality outputs.

Nice to Have
• Experience in Treasury within the Fintech/Payments industry.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4Hana.
