WHAT’S THE ROLEWe’re seeking a commercially minded qualified accountant to join our Finance team as a Management Accountant. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative Finance team who are passionate about their role at Frontier. The Management Accountant will support the Group by partnering across a wide range of budgeting and reporting duties. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Financial Operations and the Head of Financial Planning, collaborating across multiple business functions and engaging with stakeholders.

What You’Ll Be Doing
- Acting as the primary Finance contact for senior leaders and budget holders.
- Preparing monthly project trackers and performance analysis.
- Providing strategic insights and challenging assumptions to support decision-making.
- Supporting the annual budgeting process and maintaining rolling forecasts.
- Delivering scenario planning aligned with our development roadmap.
- Producing ROI reports and identifying process improvements.
- Monitoring and advising on Group expenditure.
- Managing IAS 38 intangible asset transactions and month-end processes.
- Collaborating with budget holders to ensure accurate accruals and prepayments.
- Supporting the monthly Finance Pack with variance analysis and commentary.
- Assisting with audit preparation and liaising with external auditors.
- Providing cover and support to the Commercial Accountant and Tax & Corporate Finance Manager during peak periods.
- Contributing to the Annual Report and Accounts as needed.
What You’Ll Bring
- A qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleagues.
- Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
