Job Description

This is an great opportunity for a proficient senior Human Resources professional with a passion for employee development to join our friendly and fun HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll exercise your curious and strategic ways of thinking and exemplary coaching and communication skills. You'll be capable of facilitating positive change and fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce. As a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of HR best practices and change management, you will build robust relationships with all levels of the organization.

  • Proactive member of the Organisation and Talent Development & Engagement team driving various HR projects across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead and support HR projects from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Partner with HR leaders, business units, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and success..
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and innovations in HR, and have a passion for continuous development.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong track record of working in a similar role (ideally within a technology company).
  • Strong track record of change, project and stakeholder management in a corporate environment with the ability to support, coach and guide stakeholders to deliver.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail making data-driven decisions to steer impactful action.
  • Experience in supporting a multinational and culturally diverse
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
