The Role

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Data and Process Analyst supports operational efficiency in the TA organization by executing well-defined tasks, reporting on standard metrics, and assisting with process improvements. You will contribute to the success of TA teams by delivering clear data analysis and supporting process documentation. You will be optimizing talent acquisition processes, improving performance through data-driven insights, building self-service dashboards, and monitoring key metrics to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement.

What You'Ll Do

  • Analyze Talent Acquisition workflows and identify operational inefficiencies, partnering with stakeholders to redesign processes for improve performance
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for funnel and performance metrics, enabling self-service access for global TA teams and hiring managers.
  • Storytelling with data. Understanding and explaining what the data is telling us. 
  • Analyze recruitment data from internal and external sources to provide actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • Support process optimization including tool simplification and technical integration improvements, with the aim of increasing efficiency and data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and performance improvement projects
  • Maintain accurate TA data by upholding process standards and data integrity.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for TA leadership as needed.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Business, HR, Analytics, or related fields.
  • Experience (internship or 1+ years) in HR analytics, business operations, recruiting, or process improvement ideally in a global enterprise environment.
  • Preferred familiarity with applicant tracking systems (i.e. Greenhouse), reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and TA metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex data and communicate actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence.
  • Effective communication skills, able to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $99,000$150,000 USD
