Your Role At Sixt

• You identify, negotiate, and secure new loyalty partnerships with banks, credit card companies, and hotel brands
• You develop joint marketing strategies and co-branded campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, expand brand reach, and customer loyalty 
• You monitor performance, optimize partnership value, and ensure alignment with business goals while serving as the primary relationship manager for these key partners 
• You collaborate with internal teams (Global B2P, tech integration, legal, finance, loyalty) to launch and manage muti-faceted partnerships.
• You ensure seamless integration of loyalty benefits across digital and physical customer touchpoints while staying up to date on loyalty and partnership trends in travel, hospitality, and financial services
• You provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Your Skills Matter

• Experience You have 5+ years of experience in partnerships, loyalty marketing, or account management, preferably in financial services, travel, or hospitality.
• Education You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus) and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications.
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills, thrive in relationship-building, and can excel in a cross-functional, global environment.
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory (DFW Metroplex or Fort Lauderdale).
