Casino Games Manager - Portfolio Roadmapping

Are you passionate about casino games and content strategy? Do you want to shape and lead the games portfolio of a fast-growing online gaming company? We’re looking for a Casino Games Manager to lead the Gaming Portfolio Roadmapping team within the Content tribe.

In this role, you’ll own the roadmap for new game releases, manage exclusives, and build strong relationships with leading providers — while also coaching and developing a team of Casino Games Executives. You’ll play a key role in driving portfolio growth, improving processes, and ensuring our content strategy delivers maximum impact across markets.

What We’Re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in iGaming, gaming content, or gaming product/portfolio management.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of online casino content trends.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in Excel/Google Sheets and data-led decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all levels.
• Organised and proactive, with experience driving process improvements.
• Bonus: Familiarity with exclusivity deals, branded game content, or provider negotiations.

What You’Ll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership: Coach and mentor Casino Games Executives, supporting their growth and ensuring delivery of high-quality work.
• Games Roadmap Ownership: Oversee scheduling and positioning of new releases, ensuring alignment with market needs and business priorities.
• Exclusives & Branded Content: Evaluate, decide, and define GTM plans on exclusives in collaboration with local casino managers
• Quarterly Business Reviews: Organise and lead QBRs with tier 1 providers, alongside Content tribe leads and the commercial partnerships team.
• Portfolio Strategy & Analysis: Identify portfolio gaps across markets and design roadmap initiatives to address them.
• Turnover & Performance Tracking: Review exclusives and branded game performance weekly, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Process Improvements: Develop and refine processes to optimise roadmap planning, provider collaboration, and internal workflows.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Present and align the roadmap with local markets, compliance, and cross-functional teams.
