Senior Associate, Pipeline Development

Position Description

The Senior Associate, Pipeline Development will enhance the efficiency of the sales team by fostering a streamlined sales process and data-driven choices in line with the organization's vision. In this role, you will assist in managing lead generation sources, optimizing processes, and driving continued success at the top of the funnel. This role will be a trusted business partner and advisor to the sales organization, continually focusing on process improvement and sales efficiency.

The Senior Associate, Pipeline Development will use software to streamline repetitive sales tasks, such as lead qualification, email follow-ups, and data entry, allowing sales teams to focus on building relationships and closing deals. This role requires understanding client needs, configuring and customizing sales platforms like Salesforce, Outreach.io and analyzing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Key responsibilities include assisting in executing  designing automated workflows, integrating various tools, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring data integrity. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day execution and operations of outreach automation software, maintains messaging and sequence hygiene (Outreach.io).
• Partner with commercial enablement and sales teams to improve lead management through new channels (Clay) as well as inbound lead scoring, qualification, and follow-up, ensuring no lead is missed.
• Execute one-to-many sales outreach campaigns and collaborate cross-functionally to support ongoing strategic revenue-enabling initiatives.
• Perform test runs and quality control with strong attention to detail.
• Build  and manage lead lists for strategic sales campaigns and customized follow ups.
• Analyze lead generation sources, conversion rates, and lead-to-opportunity progression to identify areas for optimization.
• Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics related to lead generation and pipeline development.
