Job Description

What will you be doing? 

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team, working on the development and analysis of medium-voltage electrical systems. This role offers the chance to be involved in the full lifecycle of electrical equipment design, from concept through to testing and implementation.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:

• Designing and specifying electrical systems and components up to 1.2kV.
• Performing network analysis and sizing of cables, inverters, converters, cabinets, and control units.
• Reviewing and developing schematics for electrical systems to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Supporting testing and validation activities for electrical systems and components.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs.

Who are we looking for? 

• Experienced in electrical design, equipment sizing, and power system analysis.
• Comfortable interpreting schematics and designing systems with power converters and control units.
• Some hands-on experience with electrical testing is advantageous.
• Able to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.

Qualifications

Experience, Skills And Qualifications Required:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in electrical system design and network analysis.
• Knowledge of cable sizing, power distribution, and component specification.
• Understanding of electrical testing and validation processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
