- Maintaining and updating asset inventory records for hardware and software
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and equipment provisioning

- Performing basic network checks (e.g., verifying connectivity, restarting devices, escalating issues)
- Creating and maintaining documentation for repeatable tasks and support procedures
- Providing occasional off-hours support and on-site assistance at nearby offices (up to 20% travel)
Is This the Right Role for You?
If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced IT support environment, this role is a great fit. You’ll be at the heart of our technical operations, ensuring users are supported and systems are ready to go.
What We Value:
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or Level 1/2 IT Administration
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Hands-on experience deploying IT hardware and software
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- A methodical approach to troubleshooting and documentation
- Some experience with Windows Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center is a plus
