GBS Manila is composed of five (5) main work streams, structured to make processes centralized, standardized, and in leveraged technology with the support of IT group, Continental Business Systems & RPA Competence Center.

It provides end-to-end, front-to-back services; from customer service, order management, purchasing, invoice to payment, credit and collection, full finance activities, data management, and HR services including payroll, employee benefits and talent acquisition; all built to meet its customers needs.

Job Description

The Finance Analyst is responsible for the gathering and analysis of actuals, highlighting trends and identfying causes of unexpected variances. This includes working with other departments to ensure financial strategies align with goals, identify gaps and determine steps to improve process and efficiency of review.

Qualifications

• BS Accounting Graduate, CPA / MBA is a plus
• Professional Experience 
• With experience in successfully handled Finance related projects. 
• Experienced a multi-cultural level work environment for at least 2 years. 
• 6-8 years of Accounting experience
• Knowledgeable in SAP with exposures to different SAP modules; Expert in FI/CO module.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Skills
