That’s why we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team. Someone who can be hands-on with hiring while also coaching and developing a small TA team.
This is a unique opportunity: the role starts as a TA Lead, but for the right person it can evolve into our Head of TA as we scale.

As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll manage and mentor a team of two while remaining actively involved in hiring, particularly for technical (engineering/product) and senior roles. You’ll help shape how we hire by refining our processes, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring Amenitiz continues to attract top talent in a competitive market.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on the balance of leading and doing: building strong relationships with leadership, guiding the TA team, and running critical searches themselves. As Amenitiz scales, this role has the scope to grow into the Head of TA, with responsibility for a larger team and the entire talent function.

Your Mission:

• Lead & develop the TA team → manage, coach, and upskill a team of two, ensuring delivery and growth.
• Own technical & leadership hiring → drive searches for engineering, product, and senior roles.
• Refine and scale processes → improve scorecards, interview training, assessments, and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Enhance candidate experience → ensure an engaging, smooth journey from first touch to offer.
• Support employer branding → collaborate with People & Marketing to showcase our EVP in targeted initiatives.
• Champion diversity & inclusion → embed fair and inclusive practices into every stage of hiring.
• Plan for the future → contribute to TA strategy, with the opportunity to step into a Head of TA role as the function grows.

About You

• Strong track record hiring technical and senior talent.
• Experience leading a small TA team.
• A natural people leader, able to coach, motivate, and inspire.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using metrics to diagnose problems and fix issues.
• Tech-savvy → comfortable with ATS, automations, and modern sourcing tools.
• Scale-up experience, ideally in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Strong methodological expertise in end-to-end recruitment and assessment.
• Bonus: experience in employer branding or building early-career/university pipelines.
