What you will do

职位概述：负责品牌规划及新品开发工作

主要职责：

负责SH&B (包括大宝、强生美肌、Lubriderm、可伶可俐等品牌)健康护肤品类发展工作，保证新品项目按时上线（涉及innovation, renovation, commercial innovation等不同类型项目）。

具体工作职责包含但不限于：支持消费者调研、0-1包装设计、产品卖点、Rtb设计、新品铺设渠道Fcst预估等，并制作产品上市沟通材料（如Kv、视频、产品销售故事等），为品牌带来生意增量。

任职要求：

1. 有相关新品开发经验以及品牌建设能力

2. 对市场、消费者、竞品有敏锐的洞察以及数据分析能力

3. 与跨部门紧密协作能力和沟通能力，推动品牌策略的实施和落地

4. 审美能力、框架思考能力、端到端生意理解
