Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Training and Development of Cell Members / Workmen. Competency Mapping for skill enhancement and right deployment art shop floor. Identification of training needs based on feedback or skill index. Preparation of monthly / Annual training calendar. Design, develop and organize technical / behavioural programs based on identified needs. Prepare training modules, pre and post training questions papers and training hand outs. Absenteeism Control by keeping track of chronic absenteeism cases, by taking Disciplinary Actions and family counselling. Akraman and CIT Coordination (Cost Saving Projects) and monthly monitoring of Akraman projects. Conducting various competitions under Rise Competition and Mahindra Skill Excellence. Implementation of various welfare schemes. Take various projects on digitization and innovation
