Job Description
The Role
- Review finalised credit applications to ensure adherence to the policy and risk appetite
- Identify policy breaches and potential risks exposures through structured reviews.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve individual performance and team-wide credit quality.
- Maintain a portfolio of QA findings and track action items to support reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure accuracy and consistency in credit assessments and related processes.
- Contribute to the refinement and updates to credit policies and processes based on QA findings.
Qualifications
This Person Is Someone With
- Experience in Credit Operations, Loan Underwriting, Risk or Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of credit assessment principles.
- Experience with reviewing bank statements preferably for SME
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset, embrace change and thrive from it
