Job Description

  • Actively participate in the ongoing effort to fully automate our regression and functionality testing
  • Work with other QA team members, engineers and developers to identify, document, resolve and add automation coverage for multiple client programs.
  • Maintain existing automation scripts, execute it in regular cadence and provider detailed report to the team.
  • Design and execution of functional test strategies for high quality product releases
  • Analyze new feature impacts and risks for release, review the test strategy and plans to certify product quality
  • Develop/create Test Plans / Business Use Cases for Testing
  • Execute test use cases and report bugs using collaboration tools
  • Triage and drive bug resolution with appropriate teams
  • Familiar with software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ years of experience in QA
  • Strong knowledge of Test automation methodologies
  • Familiar with test automation tools: Selenium WebDriver
  • Recent project experience using AWS
  • Strong SQL experience
  • Ability to integrate automation into the CI/CD (Azure DevOps) process.

Desired:

  • Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Additional Employee Requirements

  • Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary. 
  • Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary. 
  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary. 
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary. 
  • Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary. 
  • Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary. 
  • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary. 
  • For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required, as driving is an essential job function.
