Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-oriented Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our paid search strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. This role is central to driving measurable growth, delivering ROI, and supporting the customer acquisition and retention goals of the business.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, etc.)
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery of performance targets (CPA, ROAS, etc.)
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the demand generation, product marketing, content, and design teams to align paid search with broader campaigns and landing pages
  • Manage our 3rd party agency, brief campaigns, challenge performance, report on commercials
  • Analyse performance data and create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, trends, and opportunities
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine updates, and best practices to identify new opportunities and innovation
  • Work closely with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tools
  • Manage agency relationships (if applicable) and ensure high standards of delivery and accountability.

Knowledge, Experience And Skills

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, ideally within a B2B or digital-first environment
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.), Bing Ads, and campaign management tools (e.g., SA360, SEMrush)
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in reporting, forecasting, and budget management
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and CRO principles
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable

  • Experience in international markets or multi-language campaigns
  • Familiarity with paid social or programmatic display campaigns
  • Google Ads Certification(s)
  • Experience in a high-growth, data-driven marketing environment
