Job Description

Are you a curious, soon-to-be graduate excited about a career in management consulting? We’re seeking talented people with creative minds and cutting-edge skills to join our Copenhagen team in summer 2026.

What You’Ll Do

As a graduate consultant, you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues on diverse CXO advisory projects that shape the future of finance, sustainability, risk management, and data governance. Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Analysing problems, performing quantitative and qualitative research, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Creating visually compelling materials with clear and convincing storylines, and facilitating parts of workshops in collaboration with clients to co-create solutions and drive change.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of strategies, operating models, and process improvements.
  • Working on projects across finance, sustainability, risk, governance and compliance, and data enablement. Your work may include optimising finance processes, enhancing sustainability performance, implementing risk management and empowering organisations to leverage data effectively.

Working at Implement means taking on responsibility early, while receiving support to shape your own learning journey and career path in a dynamic environment

What You’Ll Bring

We’re looking for people graduating in 2026 or recent graduates, with a Master’s degree in finance, sustainability, business and economics, strategic management, risk management, or data analytics – and excellent academic results to show for it.

If you meet most of the following criteria – and are keen to learn the rest – we encourage you to apply:

  • Have relevant job experience in consulting, finance, sustainability reporting, risk and compliance transformation or data governance, and are passionate about helping companies achieve their transformation goals. Familiarity with, and interest in, the financial sector, energy, or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
  • Possess a strong, methodical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to express yourself fluently in written and spoken English.
  • Are empathetic, have a collaborative mindset, and believe in an appreciative approach to the execution of change.
  • Moreover, you’re curious, eager to learn, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

At Implement, we foster a culture of learning and growth for everyone, and value individuals who thrive on autonomy and think independently. We invite you to share your perspectives and challenge the status quo, while also demonstrating a genuine desire to learn from our experienced consultants.

What We Offer

At Implement, a dynamic and collaborative environment always comes first. Here, you’ll become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian consultancy driven by making a real impact with our clients, while fostering a space where you can grow, lead, and innovate.

From day one, you’ll be involved in client projects and work closely with experienced consultants who will help you take your strategic understanding and methodical skills to the next level.

We highly value your professional and personal development and offer an ambitious internal training programme to support it. We work with a high degree of freedom and support each other in our efforts to continually improve and help our clients achieve exceptional results.

How To Apply

  • Please include your CV and transcripts for both your BSc and MSc (or combined, if applicable)
  • Feedback timeline: The deadline for applications is 26/10/2025 at 23:59. Please note that you may not receive feedback on your application until 07/11/2025.
  • Interview dates: The interviews will take place on 11/11 – 12/11, 24/11 and 01/12. Please ensure you are available those days.
