Job Description

Job Purpose

To manage operational People & Culture scope for Global OFSW & UK vertical, providing advice and guidance on people-related matters, promoting employee engagement and fostering open communication and positive work culture aligned with Masdar’s values.

Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Manage the employee lifecycle: pre-boarding, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, P&C, and other teams to ensure smooth transitions at each lifecycle stage.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for profiles and payroll/benefit management.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Provide advice on employee relations, such as performance, grievances, and discipline, ensuring alignment with policies and legal norms.
  • Foster open communication, engage with employees for feedback, and support wellbeing initiatives.
  • Help develop and implement action plans to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Recruitment:

  • Work with hiring managers and external agencies to fill vacant positions and support interview processes.
  • Track recruitment progress, maintain organizational charts, and monitor global mobility cases.
  • Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with the Talent & Learning team.

Payroll & Benefit Administration:

  • Liaise with payroll and benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Handle queries and ensure that all records are up-to-date for payroll and benefits.
  • Provide information to relevant stakeholders for reporting & forecasting purposes.
  • Support Senior People & Culture Business Partner in onboarding of new suppliers, drafting new policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers & headcount reports.

Talent & Learning:

  • Support Senior People & Culture Business Partner in arrangement and delivery of training for employees and managers.
  • Liaise with Masdar P&C Talent & Learning team to promote good awareness of learning opportunities, participation and feedback.
  • Support training and development initiatives in collaboration with the Masdar P&C Talent & Learning team.

Management of stakeholders and third party service providers:

  • Ensure relationships with service level providers are managed smoothly and effectively in a way that guarantees that Masdar is provided with quality and timely services, in line with relevant service level agreements.
  • As and when required by management, personally manage key relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to safeguard Masdar’s best interests while ensuring the delivery of necessary needs/goals.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or relevant field

Preferred Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in HR advisory and/or management roles in a multi-national organization in the UK, with experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle, recruitment, and engagement.
