Job Summary:
As our Senior Product Manager / Lead at AutogenAI, you’ll own a high-impact area at the intersection of knowledge management and large language models (LLMs). You’ll turn customer needs and market signals into a clear strategy and roadmap, work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver, and partner with Sales and Customer Success to take solutions to market globally. If you love shipping complex, enterprise features in fast-moving B2B settings, this is for you.
What You'Ll Be Responsible For:
- Own strategy & roadmap – Define and manage the roadmap for your area; update it based on customer insight, market trends and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate across Design, UX and Engineering – Simplify complex workflows, keep experiences consistent and run a reliable delivery pipeline for knowledge and LLM capabilities (retrieval, evaluation, observability) with accessibility and enterprise usability in mind.
- Define & deliver – Translate customer problems into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and PRDs that drive new products/features or improve existing ones, balancing usability, performance and compliance.
- Operational excellence – Keep the backlog healthy, plan sprints and ensure release readiness, proactively managing risks and dependencies to ship predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Customer advocacy – Meet customers and prospects, run betas, validate problem/solution fit and turn feedback into action.
- Commercial partnership – Work with Sales and Customer Success worldwide to position and support solutions; provide demos, guidance and simple, useful sales materials.
- Clear communication – Share plans and decisions through concise documents, meetings and presentations; align teams on scope, milestones and trade-offs.
- Data-informed decisions – Track product health (adoption, engagement, quality, latency), run experiments and iterate using both qualitative and quantitative evidence.
What You'Ll Bring To The Team:
- A builder’s mindset – You thrive on turning ambiguity into clarity and delivering real customer impact.
- A collaborative, low-ego style – You value diverse perspectives and build strong relationships across functions.
- Curiosity and pragmatism – You ask great questions, test assumptions and balance vision with execution.
- Passion for great product experiences – You care about the craft of product management and creating exceptional user experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven success in B2B product environments – Track record of turning ambiguous needs into shipped, measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading delivery of complex products/features – Ideally across knowledge systems, retrieval pipelines or evaluation tooling.
- Technical fluency – Comfortable discussing architecture with engineers (APIs, data models, retrieval, prompt/orchestration, performance trade-offs).
- Commercial awareness – Understand how product influences pricing, segmentation, retention and expansion.
- Excellent communication skills – Able to influence and align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales and Customer Success.
- Evidence-driven approach – Skilled at defining metrics, running experiments and making trade-offs based on data and customer insight.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proposal/bid management experience – Or experience in adjacent domains.
- LLM evaluation knowledge – Familiarity with improving output quality and model lifecycle management (including Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- High-growth SaaS experience – Exposure to an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment.
Compensation And Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Depending on specific experience and qualifications relevant to the role.
- Stock Options: Meaningful equity in the company.
- Retirement Plan: Pension scheme to help secure your future.
- Paid Time Off: Unlimited vacation (Yes, you read right!)
- Flexible Work Options: Remote working arrangements
- Private Healthcare: Bupa Medical and Dental cover
- Life Insurance: Peace of mind for you and your family
- Paid parental leave: 16 weeks if you’ve just given birth, 4 weeks if your partner has just given birth (after one year of year of service)
- Additional Perks: Your choice of laptop (Mac or Windows), regular company events to connect with teammates, and opportunities for continued professional development.
Values In Action:
These Aren’T Just Principles We Print And Forget – They’Re How We Work, How We Treat Each Other, And How We Deliver For Our Customers. They Shape The Company We Are, And The One We Aspire To Become.
- Customers, Always: Everything starts with our customers. We walk in their shoes, speak their language, and build for their delight and success. We win when they win.
- Make It Happen: We move fast and take ownership. No waiting, no red tape – just action, urgency, and focus on outcomes. We ask for forgiveness, not permission.
- Learn and Invent: We stay curious. We learn what we can from past masters - and make up the rest. Change is constant, and so is our growth.
- Act Like Owners: Titles don’t solve problems - people do. We own challenges, break the rules when it’s necessary, and focus on what matters.
- Turn It Up to 11: There is no “Good enough”. We raise the bar, push boundaries, and keep building. There’s always a next level.
- Lead With Respect: We listen first, speak honestly, and value every perspective. Integrity, follow-through, and kindness matter.
- Build Trust Through Transparency: We default to openness. We give feedback, share information, and assume positive intent - no secrets, no silos.
