The Role

Reporting to the Business Relationship Manager, you will provide a professional and proactive service to the team, contributing directly to the profitable growth of Premium Credit.

You Will Also:

  • Support new and existing accounts (producers), to achieve sales targets, developing effective relationships and ensuring that services and products meet the business needs
  • Provide an internal relationship sales and service function
  • Offer and deliver training to producers to assist in using our online services
  • Handle all producer related correspondence
  • Communicate our brand identity and values
  • Resolve any actions or queries arising from producer interactions, using this as a platform for growth

To be successful as our Business Relationship Executive, you’ll have the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrating attention to detail and low error rates. You’re sales focussed with the ability to grow business through regular communications promoting our products, services and technology. Previous experience of developing and maintaining client relationships would be advantageous.

  • You own problems through to resolution and are able to make decisions within guidelines an processes
  • You have a level of enthusiasm that engages the team around you and enables you to work successfully as part of the team or individually
  • Your written and verbal communications are to a high standard
  • You’re able to understand and follow operational processes
  • You’re numerate and are able to use MS Excel to a good standard.
