Then this could be you! We are looking for a Senior Specialist to strengthen our Outbound EU team and help set the direction for how we should work with our wholesale customers now and in the future.

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of our Flow of Goods Team, which consists of 50 dedicated colleagues. We are divided into smaller teams, where our team deals with customer deliveries to markets inside the EU. Here you will work both independently and as part of a larger team, take responsibility for specific markets, ensuring the highest level of customer service and proactively identifying opportunities for improving how to take more ownership for our customers.

YOUR ROLE
You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Flow of Goods and stakeholders such as warehouses, carriers, planning, brands and markets. Together, you ensure smooth handling of shipments of all sizes—with a constant focus on service, reliability, cost and smart ways of working. The combination of multiple tasks can be challenging, so it is important that you see this as motivation rather than a limitation.

You Will:

• Set your own goals and define your tasks—while contributing to the team’s priorities and direction
• Translate complex logistics topics into concise insights and practical guidance for the team and other stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quo
• Work independently with complex and changing tasks across the Flow of Goods
• Proactively identify opportunities through an autonomous and creative approach to lift team performance
• Lead process optimization for selected markets and customers—as well as within the team

You excel at ensuring a reliable and optimized flow of goods and combine strong stakeholder management with a hands-on approach to improvement. With a curious mindset and collaborative style, you build trust across functions and turn data into clear decisions. You thrive in balancing daily operations with improvement work and are confident challenging the status quo to make things happen.

We Imagine That You Bring:

• Solid background in Supply Chain/Logistics
• Proven experience working closely with customers and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills – able to simplify complex topics, both verbally and in writing
• Fluency in English and Danish, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
