Position Description:

A Senior Frontend Developer is responsible for creating and implementing a wide range of web-based products using JavaScript and modern frameworks such as Vue.js. The Senior Frontend Developer builds reusable components, ensures responsive and high-performance user interfaces, integrates applications with backend services, and collaborates closely with backend developers and designers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.

What We’Re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Vue.js
• Experience with unit tests
• Experience working in Agile environments and Scrum methodologies
• Ability to independently solve complex front-end problems
• Fluency in Serbian and English language

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Work on the development and maintenance of modern web and mobile front-end applications built with Vue.js, ensuring seamless user experience and responsive design
• Actively participate in shaping the overall software system with a strong understanding of front-end architecture and integration with back-end services
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features aligned with business needs
• Work closely with QA engineers on testing and quality assurance, jointly identifying, resolving, and preventing errors or suboptimal solutions
• Provide accurate time estimates for the implementation of front-end features and prioritize tasks in agreement with the manager
• Adopt and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code quality guidelines defined by the team and management
• Deliver well-documented, maintainable, and clear code, along with periodic performance and progress reports to management
• Mentor and support other team members in relevant areas of front-end development, ensuring smooth onboarding of new colleagues into the project and technologies
• Document code and technical decisions in detail to ensure long-term maintainability
• Optimize front-end performance, focusing on efficient resource usage, loading speed, and scalability
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and reduce regressions
• Use version control systems (Git) in accordance with established workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
• Participate in peer code reviews and validate implementations with colleagues before release
• Work independently and collaboratively to continuously improve technical knowledge, adopt new front-end technologies, and contribute to the team’s efficiency and innovation
