Job Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives impactful and measurable results for Visa’s network clients, including financial institutions and merchants. Leveraging our expertise in strategy, consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operations, and economics, VCA partners with clients to solve their most strategic challenges.

The India & South Asia (InSA) Implementation Services team within VCA provides consulting-led solutions for Visa’s largest issuers in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Maldives. With deep expertise in payments, we deliver solutions to enhance profitability, drive innovation, improve customer experience, scale digital adoption, and enhance risk management.

Within VCA, the Implementation Services (VIS) team acts as a hands-on execution partner, helping clients operationalize strategic recommendations into tangible outcomes. VIS provides dedicated execution, program management, and operational expertise in areas such as new product launches, portfolio optimization, risk advisory, and digital enablement.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Manager, Implementation Services for India and South Asia to join our consulting arm, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA). Based in Mumbai (with travel as required), this role will lead end-to-end project delivery across product development, portfolio lifecycle management, partnerships, and insights.

The role involves driving card acquisition and engagement by supporting branch teams, optimizing digital channels, enhancing product setup and value propositions, and leveraging Visa’s resources to deliver measurable portfolio performance. The individual will work closely with clients, internal teams (Product, Marketing, Risk, Innovation), and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation of recommendations across product, portfolio, risk, and digital advisory.
  • Support new product launches including build, setup, technical integration, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive card acquisition, lifecycle initiatives, and digital engagement journeys.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to enhance product adoption and portfolio performance.
  • Manage project scope, plans, budgets, and stakeholder alignment to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Partner across functional areas and standardize delivery processes for consistency and efficiency.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • • 6–8 years of experience in banking, payments, or fintech, with expertise in consulting and implementation.
  • • Strong background in cards and payments, product management, portfolio optimization, and digital engagement.
  • • Proven project/program management skills, including P&L and KPI tracking (revenue, margin, expenses).
  • • Experience managing senior stakeholders in banking, payments, technology, operations, and risk.
  • • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills with the ability to build compelling business cases.
  • • Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in matrixed environments.
  • • Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities concurrently.
