Training and Development Specialist -"WTRS" Fort Indiantown Gap , Pennsylvania
This is a Part-Time Roll

Job Description:
Coordinates all Simulation Course allocated seats (students) usually 300-500 students annually
Completes and documents In-processing and out processing for Simulation students
Completes all administrative requirements for all simulation course students, (Course packet, student information, Medical, automation, lodging, meals, and transportation)
Monitors simulation of student progress
Creates and Maintains simulation student records (individual records, training schedules, certificates, critiques and USPFO memorandum, and ITO endorsements).
Inputs into Security Assistance Network (SAN) Arrival, photo, departure, and any special progress message necessary to manage students.
Coordinates with Country Program Managers at SATFA on student management issues
Completes all student critique staffing using GEARS
Monitors student mail to ensure security and delivery
Assists students with transportation and POV issues
Verifies and coordinates RFMSS inputs
Coordinates with unit, on-post security, other military installations security to ensure IMS have access to facilities on post and security requirements are met
Assist students with transportation and POV issues
Completes Chief IMSO duties in his absence
Assists the Field Studies Program Manager in his duties, as necessary
Education:
(2+BA/BS) or (1+MAS) or (4 +AA_) or 6+NO Degree)
Clearance:
Secret
