This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own the P&L and revenue growth of a rapidly scaling Professional Services organization — with a focus on healthcare technology, interoperability, and client transformation.

Job Responsibilities

As Director of Professional Services, you will:

• Lead and scale the Professional Services team, taking ownership of revenue, P&L, and strategic delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite leaders at client organizations, acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Design and execute clinical business initiatives that drive value and outcomes for clients leveraging Altera’s solutions.
• Develop tailored service offerings that address clients’ unique business challenges, with measurable impact.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, guide executive decision-making, and influence outcomes at the highest level.
• Provide thought leadership to evolve our service portfolio and deepen our value in the market.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives — delivering high-quality work, on time and on budget.

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone with the following experience and background:

• 15+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare consulting or enterprise healthcare tech
• 10+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for a function or business unit
• Strong background in P&L ownership and scaling consulting services
• Demonstrated success in building profitable healthcare consulting teams while delivering exceptional client value
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
