About Faculty

At Faculty, we transform organisational performance through safe, impactful and human-centric AI.

With more than a decade of experience, we provide over 350 global customers with software, bespoke AI consultancy, and Fellows from our award winning Fellowship programme.

Our expert team brings together leaders from across government, academia and global tech giants to solve the biggest challenges in applied AI.

Should you join us, you’ll have the chance to work with, and learn from, some of the brilliant minds who are bringing Frontier AI to the frontlines of the world.

About The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Lead Product Manager to lead our squad focused on delighting decision makers. In this role you will shape the future of how enterprise users interact with AI-powered decision intelligence across their organisation. You'll be at the forefront of Faculty Frontier TM - our ambitious vision to create the first enterprise-grade platform that unifies decision intelligence with AI Agents. You will work on highly complex and consequential problems across the real economy, with particular focus on healthcare and life sciences.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI, owning both our AI Agent capabilities and the Decision Hub - the primary interface through which decision makers use Frontier. You'll translate breakthrough capabilities in agent orchestration, simulation, and optimisation into products that revolutionise how Fortune 500 companies make their most critical decisions.

What You'Ll Be Doing

  • Own the product strategy for Frontier's Delight squad, encompassing AI agents and the Decision Hub user experience
  • Design and deliver intuitive, powerful interfaces that make sophisticated AI capabilities accessible to enterprise decision-makers - from C-suite executives to operational managers and frontline staff
  • Define the future of human-AI collaboration in enterprise decision-making, creating a UX that builds trust and confidence in the measurable business value of decisions
  • Lead the development of our specialist agent framework, balancing autonomy with control, and ensuring AI assistance augments rather than replaces human judgement
  • Architect product capabilities that scale across diverse enterprise contexts through thoughtful configuration rather than endless customisation - understanding deeply how to build flexible systems that remain maintainable and upgradeable
  • Work closely with enterprise customers in life sciences, healthcare, and other industries to understand how they want to interact with AI in their most critical decision processes
  • Partner with world-class engineers, data scientists, and designers to deliver experiences that abstract the immense technical sophistication and complexity of Frontier into elegant, intuitive, and ultimately delightful interfaces for business users
  • Drive product discovery through customer research, rapid prototyping, and data-driven experiments in settings where decisions have real-world consequences worth millions
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to demonstrate how superior user experience becomes a competitive differentiator in the Decision Intelligence Platform category

Who We'Re Looking For

Essential Experience:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years working in complex B2B or enterprise software products
  • Proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences in technically sophisticated products - you understand how to make complexity feel simple and intuitive
  • Deep understanding of platform product strategy - you know the critical difference between configuration and customisation, and can formulate product hypotheses that lead to highly reusable, configurable systems rather than a sprawl of bespoke solutions
  • Knowledge of how AI/ML capabilities translate into user-facing features, with the ability to bridge technical possibilities and user needs
  • Experience navigating enterprise sales cycles and working directly with customers who expect consumer-grade experiences as well as a configured, tailored experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions whilst operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication - able to inspire engineers, advocate for users, and educate customers

You'll stand out if you have:

  • Experience building AI-powered products, particularly those involving machine learning, data science, LLMs, agents, or conversational interfaces
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers and challenge design decisions when needed
  • Customer obsession with deep enthusiasm for understanding the different needs of different buying centres and user groups across enterprise accounts
  • Understanding of enterprise decision-making and how software and AI can augment human judgement
  • Strong bias-to-action, knowing when to dig deeper and seek truth vs. when to rely on intuition and experience to make a quick decision and maintain momentum
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries where user interfaces must balance power with compliance
  • Technical depth to understand the underlying AI/ML architecture and how it constrains or enables product features
  • Track record of building products that successfully abstract technical complexity for non-technical users
  • Knowledge of modern frontend technologies and what's possible in web-based interfaces

What Makes This Role Special

  • Direct impact: Your work will define how pharmaceutical executives plan clinical trials, how healthcare administrators optimise patient flow, and how enterprise leaders make billion-pound decisions with AI assistance
  • Platform thinking at scale: Rare opportunity to build a platform that serves diverse, complex use cases across industries whilst maintaining product coherence and quality
  • Innovation at the frontier: You'll be creating entirely new interaction paradigms for enterprise AI - not making incremental improvements to existing workflows
  • User delight in enterprise: Join a team focused on bringing consumer-grade product and design thinking to enterprise software where it can have massive real-world impact
  • AI-native design: Shape what it means to build truly AI-native enterprise experiences, not just traditional software with AI bolted on

What We Can Offer You:

The Faculty team is diverse and distinctive, and we all come from different personal, professional and organisational backgrounds. We all have one thing in common: we are driven by a deep intellectual curiosity that powers us forward each day.

  • Faculty is the professional challenge of a lifetime. You’ll be surrounded by an impressive group of brilliant minds working to achieve our collective goals.
  • Our consultants, product developers, business development specialists, operations professionals and more all bring something unique to Faculty, and you’ll learn something new from everyone you meet.
