We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack engineer to join the Talent Solutions team located in Austin, Texas. The Talent Solutions team is working to build our vision for the future of recruiting. This is an opportunity to build a zero-to-one business inside of a highly scaled public company, collaborating with a close-knit multi-functional startup team and making a direct impact on the business.

What You Will Do:

• Build and ship new features for the next-gen ZoomInfo Talent app while helping maintain and improve existing functionality.
• Take ownership of projects from idea through delivery — designing, coding, testing, and iterating quickly.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Balance speed and best practices — knowing when to polish and when to deliver value fast.
• Dive into new technologies and unfamiliar areas with curiosity and persistence.

What You Will Bring:

• A minimum of 2 years hands-on software development experience 
• Solid experience with at least one backend technology (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
• Exposure to relational or document databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills — you value collaboration, give and receive feedback well, and can explain your thinking clearly.
• A product mindset: you’re curious about how recruiting works and motivated by connecting job candidates with recruiters.
• A growth mindset: you’re excited to learn, adapt, and take on challenges outside your comfort zone.

Advantages:

• Experience using AI/LLMs models or APIs in a production environment
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
• Previous exposure to scaling systems or working in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated initiative.

Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience and/or training. Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.$91,000—$143,000 USD
