In This Role, You'Ll:

Working as part of a team delivering Operational Technology (OT) projects within the Operations Management branch, including the high-impact, operationally critical environment of the Transport Management Centre (TMC).

This role will see you shape outcomes and rise to diverse challenges while supporting project managers across a wide portfolio. It’s a chance to broaden your experience, shift your perspective, and immerse yourself in OT, playing a key role in delivering critical systems for Transport for NSW.

You Will:

  • Support and coordinate the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, including risks and issues, and project scheduling.
  • Manage and streamline documentation, reporting, and compliance to enable effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication across project teams, driving risk mitigation and issue resolution in a dynamic and high-impact setting.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of IT projects, monitoring financials and addressing risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Fixed term, full time opportunity until June 2026 | Flexible Hybrid work with office based at South Eveleigh, Sydney.

You’re a capable and detail-oriented project support professional with growing experience in delivering results in complex environments. You’ve supported multiple initiatives simultaneously and developed skills in risk and issue tracking, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.

With a proactive mindset and an eagerness to learn, you thrive in dynamic settings and bring clarity, organisation, and enthusiasm to every task. Your communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to adapt to shifting priorities make you a valuable asset to any program team.
