Job Summary
- We are seeking a Client Success Associate with a Project Coordination focus to support our Senior Program and Project Manager as well as our Client Success Managers in delivering high-quality client engagements. In this role, you will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and project leadership. You’ll manage project documentation, facilitate communication, and track deliverables while also engaging directly with clients to support their onboarding, adoption, and success with Cherre.
- This hybrid role combines client success responsibilities (building relationships, supporting adoption, resolving issues) with project coordination responsibilities (managing schedules, documentation, and reporting). The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities [Client Success]
- Support Client Success Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring adoption of Cherre’s platform.
- Monitor and respond to client support tickets, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication.
- Assist with client onboarding and implementation, including API/data integrations and custom dashboards.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews, contributing data, insights, and presentation materials.
- Capture and channel client feedback to internal teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing).
- Assist in renewals and identify potential expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities [Project Coordination]
- Support the Sr. Program/Project Manager in the development, coordination, and monitoring of project plans and schedules.
- Ensure all project documentation (plans, status reports, meeting notes) is accurate, up to date, and properly stored.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, highlighting milestones, risks, and issues.
- Document meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups for both internal and client-facing project meetings.
- Track project deliverables and deadlines; ensure accountability across internal teams.
- Maintain and update project management tools and software (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA).
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with stakeholders.
Must Have
- 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, client success, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing interactions.
- Strong Excel/CSV skills.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and project management tools (e.g., Intercom, JIRA, Monday.com).
- Proven ability to contribute to successful business outcomes, retention, and upsells.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
Nice To Have
- Background in commercial real estate, insurance, consulting, or B2B SaaS.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce, Mixpanel, G-Suite, and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of real estate data vendors (property, transaction, MLS, rental, valuation, demographics).
