About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketer on the Growth team, you will own go-to-market and adoption strategy for the following products is the PushPress suite — including Grow, Commerce, Platform, Train, and our upcoming AI releases and expansion. You’ll build messaging, refine positioning, lead launches, enable internal teams, and help PushPress define how it wins in the market as we expand rapidly and push into AI.

About the Role
As a Senior Product Marketer on the Growth team, you will own go-to-market and adoption strategy for the following products is the PushPress suite — including Grow, Commerce, Platform, Train, and our upcoming AI releases and expansion. You’ll build messaging, refine positioning, lead launches, enable internal teams, and help PushPress define how it wins in the market as we expand rapidly and push into AI.
What You'Ll Do:
- You’ll have full ownership over how we bring to market and accelerate adoption for:
- Grow: Lead the GTM strategy for Grow, defining positioning and campaigns that highlight how Grow helps gym owners and fitness business operators streamline operations, acquire and retain clients, and scale revenue. Build adoption playbooks, drive demo conversion, and ensure consistent sales enablement that accelerates growth.
- Commerce: Own GTM for payment reliability and Stripe integrations. Build trust with customers by positioning our platform as the most reliable and flexible solution for payments, financial workflows, and new revenue streams. Work closely with Product and Partners to ensure these features drive both customer trust and business growth.
- Platform: Lead GTM for PushPress’ broader platform initiatives,including a marketplace with integrations, apps, and a partner ecosystem. Develop positioning and campaigns that highlight the value of PushPress as a connected, extensible platform. Drive awareness and adoption of new integrations, apps, and partnerships that expand the overall customer experience.
- Train: Drive adoption of PushPress Train as the best-in-class coaching and programming solution. Showcase smarter programming and scalable training to drive value for coaches immediately, to improve retention and usage.
- AI release & expansion: Lead the launch and scaling of our AI-powered product(s). Partner with Product and Content to craft the messaging, narratives, trust signals, and product value stories. Be the voice that turns complex capabilities into simple, engaging stories. Monitor adoption, iterate fast, and guide expansion into new verticals or capabilities.
What Success Looks Like
- Grow: Close rates improve on demos; business owners expand their use of Grow; reduced time to value, drive adoption, increase renewals & upsells grow.
- Commerce: Payments volume increases through customer and member flows, plans, and pages.
- Platform: Seamless releases in our integrations hub resulting in increased awareness, high utilization of integrations, and deeper integrations with partners.
- Train: Coaches & programming users adopt new features, retention improves, usage per customer increases.
- AI Expansion: Smooth launch, meaningful early adoption, positive customer feedback, trust metrics; ability to scale to future AI features or verticals.
What You’Ll Bring
- Experience owning product marketing at a hyper growth startup. You’ve done this before and lean into fast pace, limited process, and demonstrate high impact.
- You have launched AI agents and/or AI-native products. You understand how to position them, educate the market, handle customer expectations, manage launch novelty + risk.
- Demonstrated multi-product ownership across multiple products, categories, and/or verticals and can balance both product-specific positioning and unified brand narratives.
- Fluency in strong messaging & storytelling and know how to turn insight, product detail, and competitive differences into compelling, ICP-centric messages.
- Strong data-driven mindset and are comfortable setting, tracking, analyzing KPIs: adoption, conversion, retention, demo → sale, etc.
- Cross-functional partnership through enablement & collaboration across Growth, Sales, CX, and Product. You own timelines, build tools, own training, share assets that help them win.
- Roll up your sleeves for hands-on execution, taking ownership from initial planning stages to building launch kits, tweaking messaging, and driving iterative testing.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- CRMs & campaign tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom)
- Product analytics (Heap, Segment, Amplitude, Pendo, GA4 or equivalent)
- Collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace)
- Enablement/content tools (presentation decks, sales enablement platforms, content management)
- Background in fitness / SMB SaaS (you’ll hit the ground faster)
- Familiarity with product analytics & AI tools
