About The Role

As an Associate Sales Engineer, you’ll partner with our sales organization to translate complex product capabilities into business value—leading technical discovery, designing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling demos that help enterprise clients make confident decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical resource to explain product capabilities, architectures, and use cases to prospects
• Conduct discovery to analyze customer requirements, pain points, and success criteria
• Design customized solution approaches and proofs of concept aligned to technical and business needs
• Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Develop technical proposals, scoping documents, and POC plans with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and engineering to qualify opportunities and accelerate deal cycles
• Address complex technical questions and objections with clear, concise explanations
• Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of our products, integrations, and relevant industry technologies
• Document learnings and feedback to inform product roadmap and sales enablement
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of relevant work experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical client-facing roles
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with modern stacks and data, one of the following: Python, JavaScript, JSON, React, C#, SQL/NoSQL
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling and concepts: RAG, finetuning, LangChain/LangGraph, Hugging Face, vector databases
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences
• Strong presentation and demo skills with executive presence
• Analytical mindset to assess requirements, design solutions, and scope POCs
• Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning during technical evaluations
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships
• Strong written communication; organized, detail-oriented, and effective at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
