We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in both leadership and technical delivery. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will oversee projects of all sizes and complexities from concept through construction while providing mentorship to junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.You will serve as a technical leader, project manager, and client interface—ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from design through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment.
• Proven success in project management and client engagement.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering with a working knowledge of related disciplines.
