What You’Ll Do
- Own the Talent Pipeline: Strategically source, engage, and hire top tech talent that aligns with our growth goals. You’ll know where to find the best developers, engineers, and tech rockstars—and how to bring them onboard.
- Partner with Leaders: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their needs, offer market insights, and develop hiring strategies that align with our company vision.
- Shape the Candidate Journey: own a recruiting process that feels less like an interview and more like an exciting opportunity. From the first message to the job offer, you’ll create an experience candidates won’t forget.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Use data and trends to inform hiring strategies, identify gaps, and propose creative solutions to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Strengthen Our Employer Brand: Collaborate with the team to showcase why Rush Street Interactive is a great place to work—whether it’s through social media, events, or personalized outreach.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting in the tech space (bonus points if you’ve worked with startups or scaling companies). Ideally, 3+ years technical recruiting experience.
- A knack for building relationships—with candidates, hiring managers, and everyone in between.
- Strong understanding of the tech talent market and how to stay one step ahead.
- Data-driven mindset—you know how to use metrics to refine your strategies and tell a story.
- Creative thinker who can find new ways to connect with candidates and solve hiring challenges, including “outside the box” sourcing strategies.
- Expertise in training hiring teams on effective interviewing and candidate screening techniques to identify top talent.
- Proven experience in crafting an engaging and efficient applicant journey for both external and internal candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a sense of humor (we like to keep things fun!).
