You will be a part of an entirely new team getting formed with a laser focus of building an AI Middleware for the enterprise. You’ll collaborate closely with other dedicated Software developers, ML engineers and Integration specialists to deliver this platform. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will implement the middleware services and APIs that connect PlayStation IT systems to our AI agentic platform. You’ll build scalable wrappers, orchestrators, and secure APIs to enable agent workflows across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement APIs, orchestrators, and tool wrappers for AI middleware.
- Build robust and secure authentication/authorization frameworks for AI agent interactions.
- Develop scalable, asynchronous workflows that handle large volumes of enterprise data.
- Partner with AI Engineers to expose agent capabilities via clean, reusable APIs.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and monitoring of AI middleware services.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for PlayStation’s AI gateway and middleware stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and/or Node.js with strong API development experience.
- Expertise in REST, GraphQL, and async event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise auth (OAuth, SAML, JWT, SSO) and secure API design.
- Experience integrating cloud-native services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments with evolving requirements.
- Bias for action, strong ownership approach, and adaptability to new tech.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
