Key Responsibilities

1. Governance of CD budgets, spends and billings 
2. Use of data for budget and spend analysis enabling better use of CD moneys 
3. Acts as the first level support for CD and suppliers for Budgets / Billings concerns, addressing their concerns and connecting them to the right partner as needed. 
4. Regular engagement with budget holders and stakeholders on the that status of their spends, phasing, addressing their concerns and connecting them to the right finance partners as needed. 
5. Ensures that all budgets are raised, monitored, and spends are within budget  
6. Ensures Budget Dashboards are updated and available for relevant audience 
7. Regular alignment with CD Finance and stakeholders to process budget accrual & post accrual as needed. 
8. Post Accrual Processing  
9. Unpaid, IO / Budget Issues, GR Concerns Resolution & Governance 
10. CBD Enablers Budget Monitoring 

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as Team Lead and 6 years in Billing
• Accounting / Finance background (CPA a plus)
• Bias for action / results oriented
• Passion for excellence in performance
• Above Average Excel Skills
• Good analytical skills
• Can speak the local language and has good communication skills
• Preferably with knowledge in dashboards using excel and Power BI
