Job Summary:
As a Product Analyst for Platform APIs, you will focus on evaluating experimental products and pilot programs. You will track performance, surface risks and opportunities, and support cross-functional coordination to accelerate the success of emerging initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience designing and applying measurement frameworks to evaluate adoption, performance, and scalability of APIs or platform features.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights that highlight success factors, blockers, and scaling opportunities for new product initiatives.
- Proven track record of collaborating with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to align technical requirements with business objectives.
- Skilled in identifying, tracking, and communicating risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities across complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience preparing executive-level briefings and distilling complex technical results into clear business recommendations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Snowflake, Looker, or Splunk) to evaluate and communicate initiative outcomes.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and knowledge of API ecosystems, integrations, and developer experience best practices.
- Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple pilot initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset combined with business acumen to connect platform performance outcomes to revenue, customer value, and scaling potential.
Qualifications And Experience:
- 6+ years of product experience with a proven track record of driving insights that inform product strategy and execution.
- Strong analytical background with demonstrated experience in product experimentation, A/B testing, pilot evaluations, and measuring API/platform performance.
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Splunk, Postman, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights that highlight success factors, blockers, and scaling opportunities for new product initiatives.
- Familiarity with API ecosystems, integrations, developer experience best practices, and related testing tools.
- Skilled at identifying and tracking risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities across cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, with experience preparing senior-level briefings and presenting complex findings in clear, business-focused terms.
- Adept at working through ambiguity, bringing structure and clarity to new or evolving initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect platform performance and analytics to revenue, customer value, and scaling potential.
- Highly organized, with program management skills to balance multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $145,000 plus company bonus. The offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
