As Sr. Platform Engineer I (ServiceNow), you'll have extensive experience managing the ServiceNow platform and will be responsible for spearheading configuration management, troubleshooting, application development, and streamlining integration with other systems.

What You’Ll Do:
- You'll create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation plus load, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems
- You’ll effectively with ServiceNow users and Stakeholders to develop solutions and execute changes
- You’ll work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed
- You’ll analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures in order to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap
- You'll work with the program management team to develop Service Level Agreement reporting
- You'll work with the PowerBi Developer to streamline and automate dashboard reporting
- You’ll train colleagues on effective use of ServiceNow
- You will support both on-premises and cloud hosted enterprise applications.
What You’Ll Need To Succeed:
- An active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT field and 6+ years of experience
- CSA and CAD certifications required
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting
- 3+ years of Service Portal Development experience
- Release Management Experience (deploying applications and code to various ServiceNow instances leveraging various methodologies to do so)
- Clone Experience (experience configuring clone profiled and scheduling clones)
- Strong ServiceNow development experience (building custom apps)
- Integration experience (Integration Hub and custom SRAPI)
- Proficiency in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle
- Experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, and enhancing the user interface to provide a custom look and feel
- Experience as a technical resource on development and O&M engagements at customer sites
- Knowledge coordinating with implementation partners, IT managers, internal stakeholders, and developers in providing solution suggestions and constructive feedback
- An understanding of managing tickets, communicating via email, and working knowledge of MS Excel.
SALARY RANGE: $138,000 - $178,000
The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:
- The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
- The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
- Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
- This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:
- Performance-based bonuses
- Company-paid training and/or certifications
- Referral bonuses
