Overview

As a Wireless Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be at the forefront of managing wireless hardware and software integration for consumer products, driving technology innovation and ensuring seamless delivery through effective collaboration. Your role is pivotal in overseeing the entire lifecycle of wireless components, from sourcing and integration to testing and performance optimization, across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wireless product integration and testing, ensuring alignment with project timelines and technical specifications.
• Drive wireless technology innovation and development initiatives, staying ahead of market trends and advancements.
• Manage and host meetings, guiding wireless projects from conception through to completion.
• Coordinate wireless component sourcing, working closely with vendors and suppliers to secure components.
• Lead wireless performance optimization efforts to enhance product quality and user experience.
• Manage workflows and deliverables to and from contract manufacturers, mitigating risks and implementing strategic solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, issue tracking, and status updates.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a technical program manager in the wireless domain, overseeing hardware programs from concept to mass production.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related area.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers (CM)
• Experience collaborating with JDM/ODM suppliers or key wireless component vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, with professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in data analytics, including building dashboards using tools like Jira Xray or PowerBI.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in wireless system integration as a Technical Program Manager.
• Strong understanding of the requirements and development flow for building wireless consumer electronics products.
• Experience in developing 0-to-1 products within both JDM and CM vendor engagement models.
• Familiarity with wireless technologies and protocols such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LTE/5G.
• PMP or PMI certification is preferred.
