An IT infrastructure manager is responsible for the hardware, operating systems, and tools used to organize working process. You’ll be responsible for modernizing our processes, scale our platform, and ensure that our growing team moves exceptionally fast.

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale our infrastructure.
• Modernize and simplify our build process
• Automate manual data processes.
• Maintain office, windows workstations and apple workstations
• Hardware support: router and access point setup, printer maintenance
• Operating systems reinstallation and installation of applications according to the checklist
• Communicate with clients' IT Engineers in order to establish infrastructure between the company
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and cross-functional teams and providing IT-support for them
• Join a fast-growing company in which different teams work together.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain web-based infrastructure independently.
• Fluent English (writing mails, chatting with clients, ability to conduct small talk).
• Ability to break down complex products within existing infrastructure into small chunks and deliver exceptionally fast.
• Organizational, analytical, presentation and time management skills.
• Curious and learning mindset.
• Kindness and positive attitude.
