Role summary:

As a Staff Product Manager focused on Forecasting Products for International markets, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. This role involves managing product roadmaps, driving data-informed decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will oversee product lifecycle activities, prioritize features, and guide iterative improvements while navigating organizational complexities. Your expertise in emerging technologies and stakeholder management will support innovation and operational excellence. This position requires strong communication skills to influence and align multiple teams toward shared objectives and sustained product success.


About the team:

Our team drives the Replenishment & Inventory transformation for Walmart International, enhancing working capital and growth across Mexico, Canada, Central America, and Chile. We deliver key capabilities such as Enterprise Inventory for real-time visibility, EDF Inbound/Outbound for flow stability, SMART forecasting to improve accuracy, and NOVA 2.0 for modernized order management. Addressing supply chain challenges like excess Days on Hand and flow variability, we enable efficiency and sales growth. Beyond platform delivery, we focus on future needs including promo allocation and process automation, building a resilient, future-ready supply chain aligned with customer growth.


What you'll do:
  • Analyze Forecasting products and features to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain Forecasting product roadmaps, prioritizing features and managing backlogs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy.
  • Conduct customer research and journey mapping to enhance product experiences and address gaps.
  • Drive product development using Agile methodologies.
  • Communicate complex information clearly to influence stakeholders and guide product direction.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management with a focus on delivering customer value.
  • Strong skills in data-driven decision making, including product and feature analytics, data analysis tools, and research methodologies.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and building alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Ability to communicate complex product visions clearly and influence multiple audiences effectively.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, MVP creation, and iterative product optimization.
  • Demonstrated capability in identifying customer needs and optimizing product experiences through journey mapping and process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
