Job Description

A Change Management Partner will play a key role in ensuring that the project or rollout meets its objectives by increasing employee adoption. This person will focus on the people side of change brought about by changes in business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance typically across projects with higher change complexities.

Internal Role Title: Business Operations Readiness

Project Planning Support: Develop and integrate change management plans into the overall project plan. Identify and manage potential risks related to change adoption.

• Task Coordination: Provides support to the project teams related to change management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Analyze stakeholders, develop communication plans, and address their concerns.
• Risk Identification: Identify and assess change-related risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and ensure accessibility of change management documentation.
• Status Reporting: Track and report on change management progress and analyze project data.

Change Request Handling: Evaluate the impact of change requests and update the change management plan accordingly.

• Training and Documentation: Design, develop, and deliver training materials and sessions.
• Client Interaction: Address stakeholder concerns, provide support, and gather feedback.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor change management effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Project Evaluation: Conduct post-implementation evaluations and identify lessons learned.

Soft:

Proficiency in change management tools and software.

Knowledge of data analysis tools for CM KPI analysis.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Understanding of Agile frameworks and their application to change management.

Hiring Requirements

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of working experience in organizational change management
• Change management certification is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• IT knowledge is an advantage
• Nice to have: Certification/License (Optional): CCMP, Prosci CMP, PMP
