Product Line Manager, Special Projects

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Status: Full-time/100% on-site

Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 annually

Position Summary: The Product Line Manager (PLM) - Special Projects is responsible for the support and management of all Special-Make-Up (SMU) product initiatives. This role will work under close direction and report into the Director, Special Project in collaboration with all other internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

● Assist in supporting business development strategies amongst a range of collaborative partners

● Manage PO Placement process to ensure orders are placed correctly and on time

● Build out and oversee all SMU Master Product Workflow Trackers 

● Manage SMU design approval process with partners 

● Build cost sheets and upload all SMU sku’s into PLM system 

● Work with Merchandising & Buying to hit all internal product entry deliverables ● Work with partners to retrieve all product style information needed for internal system entry

● Build out Product timelines to relay to internal teams 

● Sample Inventory Management 

● Work alongside Logistics & Ops teams to ensure product deliveries 

● Effectively communicate all actionable items internally. This includes communication with Merchandising, Design, Production, Product Development, Partnerships, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Planning, and Accounting Teams 

Special Projects/Tasks:

● Assist in seeking out new collaborative / license opportunities appropriate for KITH

● Help support the Special Projects team in building out yearly collaboration strategy.

Experience:

● Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience working in product 

● Bachelor’S Degree

Skills:

● PLM System Management is required 

● Knowledge of Product Development and PO process is required 

● Communications with external vendors and partners is a plus 

● Keynote, Microsoft & Google suite, well-versed in Excel 

● Adobe Suite familiarity is a plus
