Job Description

This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of agents, and ensuring exceptional service to homebuyers and property investors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential real estate, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed residential property sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns that attract homebuyers and investors.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for buyers.
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Operational Oversight

  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local residential property market and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid real estate license (as required by local regulations).
