Sr Supervisor

The Sr Specialist / Supervisor will be responsible to lead and coordinate project planning and allocation of required resources; prepares reports regarding project progress, problem resolution and ensuring that deliverables meet the requested scope, quality, time, cost and schedule.

The Sr Specialist / Supervisor will be able to evaluate, analyzing complex escenarios and Business processes ensuring technology systems, infrastructure, and applications function efficiently and securely. Contributes to the development of strategies, administration  procedures and processes in support of assigned functional area within the department.

The Sr Specialist / Supervisor will be able to identify the busiiness neccesity and propose new and innovating technology in order to generating value to the company.

Job Knowledge And Skills:

• Leadership and team management to coordinate activities.
• Project Management and Scrum Master Skills to perform projects ensuring quality in Delivery.
• Progress project monitoring to ensure dates of delivery.
• Establish a communication and collaboration plan in order to keep posting all events and share the neccesary updates.
• Technical support and problem solving to ensure the business continuity.
• Knowledge about infrastructure and security to participate and coordinate activities with impact to the business.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate data into understandable documents and presentations.

Years Of Experience:

3 years as supervisor & 2 years as a technical.

Education:

Ingenieria computación / Licenciatura en informatica.

MaestríA / Posgrado.

Specific Course/Certifications:

Project Management, Scrum Master, AWS, Cisco
