Accounts Payable Junior Analyst

The Position

The main responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Junior Analyst include processing invoices for Third-Party vendors in SAP and reviewing the accuracy of postings, among other AP-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Capture invoice data in SAP (Non Purchase Order and Purchase Order invoices) with expected quality and according to established SLA

• Timely Resolve Inquiries

• Collaborate in quality audit reviews
• Maintain AP documentation up to date
• Openly communicate issues and request for assistance
• Provide best in class customer service

Qualifications

• Basic to Intermediate English level
• High School diploma. Technical or University studies related to finance areas are a plus.
• Hands on, organized and detail oriented
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Experience in AP/Accounting is a plus
• SAP knowledge is a plus
