Job Summary:

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and growing professional organization? Raytheon is looking for a Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineer for the Systems Regression team within the Deployment Agile Release Train (ART). The mission of a Systems Integration & Test (SI&T) Engineer is to support regression testing as part of the Missile Defense Programs (MDP) Department within the Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) discipline. The successful candidate will be responsible for the regression testing of software capabilities in advanced radar systems. Candidates in the role can expect to develop an understanding of radar platforms, gain an understanding of system integration, test principles, and exportability techniques to ensure successful implementation. 

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, testing, and validation to ensure successful integration and functionality of radar capabilities. 
  • Execute regression testing plans and procedures to meet project milestones and deliverables. 
  • Perform scenario-based analyses and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues. 
  • Conduct system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications. 
  • Understand, and be in compliance with, DoD technology release and export licensing policies. 

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. 
  • The ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as required. 
  • Experience with MS Office Suite.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience integrating or regression testing radar products in both domestic and FMS configurations. 
  • Experience in Linux or UNIX environments.
  • Experience with scripting languages, i.e. MATLAB, Python, Perl etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. 
  • Experience contributing in a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to technical problems. 
  • Strong analytic, technical and problem-solving skills. ​

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
