We are seeking a highly motivated F135 Forecast Integration Analyst to collaborate with key Pratt & Whitney (PW) F135 Logistics Program Management (LPM) Supply Chain Management stakeholders. The Analyst will coordinate essential inputs, and manage the data required to model program performance. This individual will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing supply chain forecasting processes through detailed analysis and performance metrics. This position will provide the selected candidate the opportunity to contribute within a team towards solving global sustainment inventory optimization challenges, including communicating trends and providing insight through data collection and analysis.
What You Will Do
- Regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders to manage inputs to model
- Preparing and presenting modeling outputs, including performance data, to leadership and other key stakeholders
- Contributing to forecasting by direct modeling, conducting reviews, and Project Planning
- Leading process improvement CORE initiatives to support continuous improvement across forecasting functions
- Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Data Analytics or in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- 8 years of supply chain modeling, process improvement, or analytical role experience or An advance degree with 5 years of supply chain modeling, process improvement, or analytical role experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
- Strong ability to communicate including presenting to senior management and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Minimum 5 years proficiency of the following: SAP, PowerBI, Oracle SQL, Python Programming
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations
- Experience in developing and working with metrics, KPIs, performance dashboards, Project Management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
