Are you ready to make an impact? Missions Systems is currently seeking a Program Schedule Analyst to support our team in Cedar Rapids, IA. This role is integral to our Open Systems Solutions (OSS) area within the C4IA portfolio, where you will collaborate with a team of dedicated Program Finance and Controls (PF&C) professionals. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our programs by conducting in-depth analysis, planning, and scheduling.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with cost analyst(s) and program team, monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure the contractual schedule objectives are met. Ensuring cost and schedule are continuously reconciled, while taking steps to correct any mismatched items and addressing root causes
- Ensures major projects are integrated across various functional groups including Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, etc. Owns project schedules, soliciting regular updates, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts
- Utilizes schedule analysis, metrics, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
- Frequent application of technical scheduling knowledge and industry practices, techniques, and standards. Working with senior specialists to prepare, develop and coordinate the integrated master plans and integrated master schedules
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Project
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with Microsoft Office including extensive experience in Excel
Experience With Sap
- Experience with Earned Value Concepts

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
