We have two secondment opportunities available for Direct Lending Specialists, Express Increase to join our Direct Mortgages team.
As a Direct Lending Specialist, Express Increase, your responsibility will be to convert mortgage leads and referrals received via the inbox or DocuSign into solution-based sales for our existing ING direct mortgage customers. This is a customer focused role which requires effective management of our application process to ensure a smooth and efficient ‘customer experience’ right through to settlement.
In addition, you’ll manage applications end to end and act as the single point of contact. Your tasks will include entering applications into Lendfast, packaging and then submitting them directly to credit. Upon
receiving a credit decision, you’ll manage our customers application right through to settlement. You’ll also work closely with Contact Centre, Home Loan Specialist Seniors, MSA and the Credit team. Furthermore, you’ll maintain an efficient workflow and effectively manage your pipeline to achieve results.
These secondment roles are for 12 months, and based in Wyong.
What You’Ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end journey of your customer as single point of contact.
- Understand how Direct Mortgages process and communication impact the service provided to clients.
- Ensure we contact customers in a timely manner via email or an outbound call.
- Service leads/applications and ensure the best outcome is derived for our existing client base.
- Manage a pipeline of clients on a regular basis to get their deals through to submission and settlement.
- Ensure all documents are provided to credit, in addition to succinct and timely follow up of documents.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in mortgages or banking experience within a contact centre environment.
- Knowledge of RMUG credit policy.
- Excellent time management and workflow organisation skills.
- Strong customer centric focus and the ability to provide a positive experience to every customer.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a high performing team.
- A process driven individual who thrives in a structures environment.
