PMTS Integration Engineer in Feature Rich CMOS TD Team CMOS

This position is for a PMTS in the Integration Team of the Feature Rich CMOS Business Unit responsible for defining, installing, and improving process flows to deliver the design intent of the Technologies being developed or transferred.

Summary Of Role:

Develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Leverage Design Technology Co-optimization principles to develop process flows for new technologies and critical constructs required to deliver tech value proposition to succeed in marketplace.
• Develop new process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing.
• Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
• Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
• Responsible to freeze developed processes in preparation for manufacturing
• Provides technical leadership to members of organization
• Drives Technical collaboration and leadership to broader team across organizational boundaries from Design Enablement to Module Engineering to Yield & Reliability Engineering
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Years in Tech Dev Integration Role
• >10 years in Semiconductor Industry in relevant role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge in one specialized discipline.
• Requires a technical (University) degree. (Exceptions approved by local HR).
• BS + 18 years of experience or
• MS + 15 years
• PhD + 10 years

Expected Salary Range

$131,900.00 - $241,500.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
